Returns and Refunds


For safety reasons we do not refund/exchange car seats. This ensures that our high standards of quality are met for each customer and that the integrity of the car seat(s) is maintained.

For items other than car seats we are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s), as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in the original packaging. Please note that any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned items must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your item). Tracking is advisable as the item(s) remain your responsibility until we have received the item(s).

In order to process your return/exchange efficiently and for details of where to send your item(s), please email with the following details: Name, Address, Contact Number and Order reference number.


We will examine any returned goods and notify you about your refund or exchange via email once received. Refunds will be made as soon as possible by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the item(s). Depending on the bank or form of payment, refunds may take up to 30 days.
