Very helpful in choosing the right seat for our needs. Winne answered all my questions very knowledgeably and was very patient while I made my decision. Excellent range of carseats and exceptional customer service
Thanks Aisling for your fantastic review and support! Customer service is so important to us and we only stock the safest car seats that we would use for our own children!
I highly recommend rearfacing.ie for infant and child car seats. Winnie was super helpful on the phone prior to purchasing, then we selected the best car seat option for us and purchase & shipping were so simple. I had a query on installation which Winnie immediately supported and resolved over a video call while I installed into our car. Will definitely get our next seat there too.
Thank you so much Niamh for your brilliant review! It couldn't be done without the support of our customers and it's fantastic to get this detailed feedback! Winnie
Excellent support and helpful advices from the staff. Baby is due to come in the next few days but very happy with purchasing the Avionaut pixel pro 2 infant carrier.
