Returns and Refunds
Car seats purchased online can be returned for exchange or credit within 7 working days of date of delivery. They must be in perfect, unused condition with any tags attached, any manuals / parts included and in original packaging (outer box, plastic bag and any packaging inserts). We will organise the collection by our courier, cost of this service is €20 within Ireland / Northern Ireland.
For returns outside of Ireland this will be determined by courier collection and delivery costs.
For item(s) other than car seats we are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s), as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in the original packaging. Please note that any postage incurred by returning these item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned items must be accompanied by details of order. Tracking is advisable as the item(s) remains your responsibility until we have received the item(s).
In order to process your return efficiently, please email email@example.com with the following details: Name, Address, Contact Number and Order reference number.
We will fully examine any returned goods and notify you about your exchange / credit / refund via email once received.
For refunds, these will be made as soon as possible by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the item(s). Depending on the bank or form of payment, refunds may take up to 30 days.
